Residential:

Hoping to keep our residential window cleaning as convenient and affordable as possible, we happily accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Commercial:

Commercial customers have options to pay with all major credit cards, check or invoice. For ongoing construction projects AIA Payment Schedule is acceptable.

Safe Methods of Credit Card Processing

We know how it is important to secure personal payment data of our customers. We are using only secured methods of credit card processing where we process credit cards right in front of a customer. You will get a receipt of your payment on your cellphone or email right on the spot. We don’t collect or save customer’s credit cards information unless it has been authorized by the customer.

Terms of Payment

For all residential customers and some small commercial projects, we require payment right after accomplishment of the project. Exclusions may apply. For commercial customers please follow the instructions and due dates on the invoice.

Types of Cleaning

• Basic cleaning

Glass cleaning with soap water, washer and squeegee. Regular cleaning of some parts of frame and sills. Ideal for customers who clean windows on the regular basis 2 or more times per year.

• Advanced cleaning

Glass cleaning with soap and water with using washer and scrubbing with steel wool or scraping with scraper glass surface as necessary. Regular cleaning of some parts of frame and sills. Recommend for first time customers.

• Detailed cleaning

Glass cleaning with soap and water with using washer and scrubbing with steel wool or scraping with scraper entire glass surface. Entire interior parts of frames, tracks and exterior sill detailed cleaning with using professional cleaning products. Recommend for the most demanding customers or for post-construction cleaning.

• Total cleaning

Glass cleaning with chemicals. Entire interior parts of frames, tracks and exterior sill detailed cleaning with using professional cleaning products. Recommend for the most demanding customers who has oxidation on the glass or for post-construction cleaning.

• Nano cleaning

You can add this additional service to any package. It includes covering glass with thin micro layer of nano protection which will help your window stay clean longer and slow down a process of oxidation. Recommend for all customers. Nano cleaning could be added to any type of cleaning for additional $50 for every 5-10 windows.
